WRC ends Amy Deady equality complaint after wrong respondent named

The Workplace Relations Commission could not consider Amy Deady’s Employment Equality complaint against Arachas Corporate Brokers after finding the wrong economic entity had been named. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 30 April 2026. Deady accepted that the incorrect entity had been named, a position also submitted by the respondent. The WRC made no substantive ruling on the equality issue and recorded no award.
