The Workplace Relations Commission directed Nigel O’Leary, trading as Khiron, to pay Stephen Farrell €450 after upholding his Payment of Wages complaint in a decision dated 13 August 2026. Farrell said agreed remuneration for installing cash registers, tills and card-payment terminals had not been paid. The adjudicator found the money was unlawfully deducted, citing WhatsApp messages and mediation in which O’Leary accepted money was owed. O’Leary did not attend the hearing.
