The Workplace Relations Commission decided Brendan Braescu Cojocaru’s complaint against Dorel Dionisie Stroe D.S Shaolin's Solutions was not well founded, in a decision dated 9 February 2026. The complaint concerned information about terms of employment under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994. Neither Cojocaru nor the respondent attended the hearing. The adjudication officer said Cojocaru had notice but was not present to make out the complaint. No award was recorded.
