The Workplace Relations Commission found Dawid Burda’s complaint against Nua Healthcare not well founded in a decision dated 16 April 2026. Burda said a delayed statement of employment after his resignation cost him a prospective job opportunity with an unnamed company. Nua Healthcare said the law did not require post-employment documentation and that Burda had raised no issue about his core employment terms. It acknowledged an administrative delay, which it attributed to workload, staffing changes and voicemails reaching a generic inbox. The adjudication officer found no breach of the Act had been demonstrated.
