The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) directed Four Seasons Promotion Acs to pay Daniel Flaherty €220 after finding a deduction for his PSA licence was unlawful. Adjudication officer Lefre de Burgh dated the decision 23 September 2026. Flaherty said €220 for the licence and €20 from his fuel allowance were deducted from his pay after he gave notice. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The adjudicator upheld the complaint about the licence deduction, finding it was not authorised by contract or consent; the fuel expense issue was outside the Payment of Wages Act.
