WRC unable to consider equality complaint against Arachas Corporate Brokers

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) could not consider Amy Deady’s employment equality complaint after finding that the wrong economic entity had been named. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 30 April 2026. Deady accepted that the incorrect entity had been named when she lodged the complaint, and the respondent also submitted that the wrong entity was named. The WRC made no substantive ruling on the equality issue and recorded no award.
