The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) directed Cellnua Teoranta T/A Cellnutrition Health to pay Declan Clarke €57,139.65, less lawful deductions, after upholding his complaint that wages were unpaid.
The WRC decision, dated 2 April 2026, said the company’s executive chairman accepted that the amount was owed.
