The Workplace Relations Commission upheld four complaints by Valentine Jevardat De Fombelle against Tg Sporthorses Limited, awarding €500 for a minimum wage breach, €500 for Sunday work, €2,815 in unpaid wages and €750 for excessive hours. The decision was dated 19 May 2026. De Fombelle told the WRC she worked as a yard rider/groom, averaged 60 hours a week and received no premium for Sunday work. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The WRC found the complaints well founded on her uncontested evidence and supporting documentation.
