The Workplace Relations Commission found that Suzanne Rohan’s complaints against Crenshaw Ltd were not well founded. Its decision is dated 9 June 2026. The WRC found the company’s ownership change was a private transfer of shares, not a transfer of undertaking, and found no evidence that Rohan was excluded because of disability. Rohan said she had been assured she would take part in a restructuring and be offered a director or shareholder position. Crenshaw Ltd argued that its employer identity had not changed and denied discrimination. The adjudicator concluded that Rohan had not shown her exclusion from the share transaction was due to disability, so she had not established a prima facie discrimination case.
