The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Stephanie Kennedy €5,000 after finding that her employers failed to inform her about the transfer of her employment, in a decision dated 30 March 2026. The adjudicator found Kennedy’s employment transferred to Wishmill Limited and/or Pearls Clinics Limited. The decision said the transferor and transferee failed to tell her the proposed transfer date, its reasons and implications, or keep her updated. Rondar Commercial Services Limited/ Pearls Dentist did not attend the hearing.
