WRC orders Moonlight Nail Spa to pay €900 over employment terms

The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Moonlight Nail Spa to pay Pimtawan Costigan €900 compensation after upholding her complaint that she had not received a written statement of her employment terms. The decision was dated 19 March 2026. Costigan said she did not receive a contract; the respondent said an employer-signed contract had been given to her to review but was not returned. The adjudication officer found the evidence conflicted and that the respondent could not produce the signed contract, and found a breach of the Act.
