The Workplace Relations Commission found five complaints by Atul Sengar against Roseville Wine House Ltd. not well-founded after he failed to attend a hearing. No award was recorded. The complaints concerned payment of wages, working time, part-time work, terms of employment and employment equality. Adjudication Officer John Harraghy said Sengar had been properly notified, but received no postponement request or explanation for his absence. The findings followed his non-attendance and the absence of evidence from him; the WRC did not determine the allegations on their merits.
