The Workplace Relations Commission found Lissandra Perez Cardenas’s complaint against Pradeshi Ltd trading as Anna Liffey not well founded. In a decision dated 20 April 2026, the Adjudication Officer ruled she had not shown an entitlement to a week’s pay in lieu of notice. Cardenas said the restaurant closed after a reported gas leak and did not reopen. The Adjudication Officer found she had at most 10 weeks’ service, below the 13 weeks required for statutory minimum notice, and no contractual notice entitlement had been established. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
