The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found taxi service provider Abiodun Dongo discriminated against Anthony Clarke by refusing service to him and his partner because they had a guide dog. Adjudication Officer Valerie Murtagh dated the decision 21 April 2026.

Dongo did not attend the hearing. The WRC relied on Clarke's uncontested testimony and ordered him to pay Clarke €6,000 compensation, and to comply with equality legislation going forward.
