The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Tony Wickham was unfairly dismissed by Imac Facilities Management Ireland Limited and awarded him €1,330 compensation. Adjudication Officer Kara Turner dated the decision 21 April 2026. IMAC said it dismissed Wickham for recording refrigeration case cleaning as complete when it had not been done. The WRC found the disciplinary process unfair and prejudicial, while also finding that Wickham's conduct contributed significantly to his dismissal.
