The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Brian Heelan’s complaint against Sodexo over payment in lieu of notice, finding it was not well founded. Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle dated the decision 16 December 2025. Heelan did not attend the hearing. He had claimed he did not receive the appropriate notice payment; Sodexo submitted that all monies owed had been paid. The adjudicator found Heelan had been informed in writing of the hearing and did not attend.
