The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Ann Marie Dabiri to pay former employee Ysobel O'Sullivan €544 after finding her complaint about dismissal without statutory notice well founded. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 16 December 2025. O'Sullivan said she had worked for Dabiri for more than two years and was dismissed without notice. The WRC heard that she had received warnings for missing work; Dabiri did not attend the hearing and provided no response. The officer found that the absences did not justify withholding notice pay.
