The Workplace Relations Commission rejected nine complaints by Jennifer Oloo-Omee against the Central Bank Of Ireland, finding none well founded. The decision was dated 29 April 2026.

Oloo-Omee alleged race and gender discrimination over pay, disability discrimination, victimisation, working-time breaches, sick-leave penalisation, a failure to notify her of changed duties and constructive dismissal. The Central Bank denied the allegations.

The WRC found she had not shown that she performed work at the higher BP3 level, and that her proposed race comparator was not in a materially similar situation. It also found no evidence that the Bank knew of the alleged disability when the accommodation complaint arose. Her victimisation claim failed because her grievances did not raise discrimination under the Employment Equality Acts.

Her annual-leave complaint failed because her final payslip included €6,144 for 23.5 days, covering her outstanding statutory entitlement. The WRC also found no breach of rules on rest breaks or weekly hours, no requirement to amend her job description, and no constructive dismissal. It said she resigned while internal and WRC grievance processes remained available.
