The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Logos Moving Solutions Ltd to pay Martin Kennedy €11,439.99 in gross wages after upholding three Payment of Wages Act complaints over unpaid wages for February, March and April 2025. In a decision dated 17 November 2025, WRC Adjudication Officer Seamus Clinton found the wages were properly payable. Kennedy attended the hearing; the company did not.
