The Workplace Relations Commission found Alina Stek’s Payment of Wages complaint against Transline Express Limited not well-founded after she did not attend the hearing. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan dated the decision 10 November 2025. Stek alleged that her former employer contravened the Payment of Wages Act 1991. The adjudicator said she had been informed in writing of the hearing; the company secretary attended prepared to defend the complaint. With no evidence to the contrary, the adjudicator rejected it. No award was recorded.
