The Workplace Relations Commission found Sergiu Lefter’s complaint against former employer Logmix & Concrete Ltd not well-founded after neither attended the hearing. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan dated the decision 11 November 2025. Lefter alleged that the company contravened the Redundancy Payments Act 1967. The adjudicator said Lefter had been informed in writing of the hearing and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, rejected the complaint. No award was recorded.
