The WRC found Oleg Vysotskyi was not dismissed by Securitas Security Services Ireland and rejected his unfair dismissal complaint. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne found that his employment transferred to MCR under TUPE on 21 April 2025. The decision was dated 18 June 2026. The WRC also rejected Vysotskyi’s working-time complaint. He said a 2023 site move led to irregular assignments, travel inconvenience and missed breaks. Byrne said the 2023 move was outside the investigation period; for the period she could examine, from 12 December 2024 to 21 April 2025, she found he was not prevented from taking breaks.
