Adjudication Officer Roger McGrath dated the decision 8 July 2026. Yenepalli did not attend the hearing, while the company did. The officer was satisfied Yenepalli had been informed in writing of the hearing details and decided both complaints in his absence. No award was recorded on either complaint.
