Dr Coleen Jones alleged the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy CLG discriminated against her on age and victimised her over its requirement for separate membership and Irish Council for Psychotherapy fee payments. She said refusal of her combined cheque led to her membership cancellation and that she was singled out after raising concerns. The association said the payment procedure applied uniformly.
