The Labour Court dismissed Oxana Bolshanina’s appeal against the rejection of her age and race discrimination complaint against Scooters Montessori Creche. The determination was signed on 21 October 2025. Bolshanina alleged that a co-worker used her age against her and that she was treated differently because she was Russian. The Court found she had not shown less favourable treatment linked to either ground, ruled that she had not made out a prima facie case and upheld the WRC decision.
