The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Maria Monzon €4,000 after finding her dismissal from Ck Executive Services Ireland Limited unfair on procedural grounds. It also ordered payment of €1,783.57 net in unpaid March wages and €543.20 gross for unpaid suspension wages. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 17 December 2025.

The company said dismissal followed several security-protocol failures and was justified by Monzon’s conduct. The adjudication officer considered there were reasonable grounds for dismissal, but found the company had not followed proper procedures, including failing to give adequate notice of meetings, safeguards for representation, or notice of a right to appeal.

Monzon also complained that wages had not been paid during her suspension and that her final March wages had not reached her bank account. The company accepted that the suspension pay was owed, and the officer found no evidence the March net payment had been transferred. A parental-leave complaint was withdrawn; other listed wage and working-time complaints were identified as duplicates.
