The Workplace Relations Commission found Ronald Bujdei’s holiday-pay complaint against Libra Transport not well-founded, ruling that it was brought against the wrong respondent. Adjudication Officer Christina Ryan dated the decision 17 December 2025. Bujdei said the holiday pay he had claimed was paid and that no wages remained outstanding. The WRC identified Zsts Express Limited as his legal employer, but he declined to change the named respondent and continued against Libra Transport.
