The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Sara Halpin’s complaints that Agri Farm Source Ltd owed her wages and unfairly dismissed her. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 9 September 2025. Halpin confirmed she had suffered no financial loss in her wage complaint. She said she had not resigned because she understood her employment had transferred, but the WRC found she was not unfairly dismissed by the company.
