The Workplace Relations Commission directed Pjb Management Limited T/A Billsave to pay former operations manager Ivana Borgudan €1,392.06 for wages withheld after she resigned. Adjudication Officer Eileen Campbell’s decision was dated 9 September 2025. The WRC also rejected her separate complaint about an alleged €500 bonus.
Borgudan said she had not received half a month’s wages for May 2024. The company accepted the deduction was technically unlawful, saying it withheld the payment because she was working against the business. The officer found the amount was payable for work Borgudan performed through 16 May 2024.
The officer rejected the bonus complaint because it was filed outside the six-month time limit and Borgudan did not establish reasonable cause to extend it. She also found Borgudan had not identified a specific unlawful bonus deduction within the period the WRC could consider.
