WRC rejects DHL worker’s complaint over notice of roster change

The Workplace Relations Commission found Martin Carr’s complaint against DHL Express Ireland Limited was not well founded. Carr said he opposed a change to his working pattern, but accepted receiving written notice. The decision was dated 24 June 2026. DHL retained Carr’s four-day week but changed the pattern to include Mondays and Tuesdays and a rotating day off. Carr also sought to add an industrial relations dispute shortly before the hearing; the WRC found it was not validly referred and could not consider it in this decision. He may submit a fresh complaint form.
