The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Ap Haslam Ltd to pay Carlos Molina Reus €2,600 after finding it failed to provide him with a written statement of employment terms within the required time. The decision was dated 30 September 2025. The company accepted it had not issued the statement on time and said it later tried to rectify the omission by issuing a contract, which Reus declined. It also said he rejected its offer of four weeks’ pay. Reus told the WRC the contract came only after he referred the complaint and that the delay caused problems in his personal circumstances.
