The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Carp Georgel Cosmin’s claim for €636 in unpaid wages from Irish Environmental Monitoring & Consultancy (Iemc) Ltd. The decision is dated 1 July 2025. Neither side attended the hearing. The adjudication officer said Cosmin did not make himself available to give evidence or explain his absence, and found it impossible to establish a breach of the Payment of Wages Act 1991. No award was recorded.
