The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Sibaya Lethukuthula Nxumalo €1,682 in unpaid wages after finding Bgss Best Guards Security Service had not paid him for 116 hours of work. Adjudication Officer Pat Brady, in a decision dated 21 October 2025, said the company did not attend despite being properly notified. Nxumalo gave credible evidence and supplied shift communications linking his work to the company.
