WRC rejects Equal Status complaint against Currys after hearing no-show

The Workplace Relations Commission found Currys Ireland Limited did not engage in prohibited conduct in an Equal Status complaint brought by Sharon Olan. Neither party attended the hearing, and Olan did not give evidence explaining the alleged contravention. Adjudication Officer Bríd Deering’s decision was dated 21 October 2025.
