The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Adrian Doroghi’s complaint that Cis Security failed to notify him of changes to his employment terms, including annual leave arrangements. The decision, dated 19 November 2025, was made by adjudication officer John Harraghy. Doroghi said the holiday app showed his entitlement falling from 20 days to 14 and that leave arrangements had changed. Cis Security said the changes were notified in advance. The officer found employees, including Doroghi, had been notified of proposed changes on 3 November 2023, and that the contract provided for annual leave to be calculated under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
