The Workplace Relations Commission has rejected James Sean Danaher’s constructive unfair dismissal complaint against Dundalk Racing 1890, which operates Dundalk Racecourse. Adjudication Officer Pat Brady’s decision was dated 8 June 2026; no redress was awarded. Danaher said he resigned after workplace allegations were not withdrawn and the HR process was flawed. Dundalk Racing 1890 denied making the allegation he understood as sexual harassment and said he left before the workplace process could conclude. The officer found the respondent had acted promptly and made progress in addressing the grievance. He said Danaher ended the process before it could be resolved and had not exhausted the workplace grievance procedure before resigning.
