WRC rejects three complaints against Itil Ltd One Works Group

The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Aisling Glavin’s three complaints against Itil Ltd One Works Group: two concerning written terms of employment and one alleging age discrimination. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 1 December 2025. The WRC found Glavin had received a compliant contract and that her main work location had not changed when she returned to full-time onsite work. It also found she had not established facts from which age discrimination could be inferred. Glavin said she had been required to return from hybrid working and felt her team lead treated her differently after leave; the respondent said her contracted location had not changed and denied discrimination.
