The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Kevin Keogh’s claim for €1,000 gross commission from Irish Modern Auctions Ltd as out of time. In a decision dated 26 November 2025, Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle found no reasonable cause to extend the six-month limit, so the merits were not decided. Keogh said he expected commission from five property sales and that his contract suggested he was entitled to it. The company argued he was not eligible because he had left without appropriate notice and was no longer employed on the payment date. Keogh’s employment ended on 25 April 2024, and the complaint was received on 25 February 2025.
