The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Datashri Consultants Ireland Limited to pay Devansh Devansh €15,000 compensation, subject to normal statutory deductions, after finding he was significantly underpaid under his employment contract. Adjudication Officer Patsy Doyle, in a decision dated 26 November 2025, found the contract entitled him to annual remuneration of €108,000 and that he was an employee for Payment of Wages Act purposes.
Devansh claimed unpaid wages under the contract. The company disputed that he was its employee and challenged the contract’s authenticity and the authority of the person who signed it. A second, duplicate complaint was found not well founded.
