The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Conor Ryan against Ei Travel trading as City Sightseeing Tours not well founded after he did not attend the second hearing to give evidence. Adjudication Officer Penelope McGrath dated the decision December 16, 2025. Ryan had alleged an unlawful wage deduction and breaches concerning information about his employment terms. The WRC said the claims were not fully particularised and required oral evidence. The company attended both hearing dates and provided submissions and documents.
