The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Goelite Education Ltd. to pay Noelia Ramiro Costa €672 and €3,000 compensation after finding breaches of working-time rules. The decision was dated 14 October 2025. Costa also claimed €22,153.50 for overtime and weekend work and €2,025 for annual leave; Goelite disputed her hours and said she had received more leave than required. The Payment of Wages Act complaint and annual leave claim were not well founded. The WRC found Costa worked more than the average 48-hour weekly limit and found the employer had not provided a public holiday entitlement required by the Act. Its operative order does not allocate the €672 to a particular working-time claim, so the award is reported as ordered.
