WRC rejects cleaner’s unfair dismissal and workplace safety complaints

The Workplace Relations Commission found Alessandro Mendes Martins’s unfair dismissal and workplace safety complaints against Ocs (One Complete Solution Limited) not well-founded in the absence of evidence. The decision was dated 28 October 2025. WRC Adjudication Officer John Harraghy said Martins was properly notified of the hearing but did not attend or provide evidence. OCS argued the claims were barred by a settlement agreement and an earlier WRC decision, and were outside the statutory time limit.
