The decision by Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne was dated 15 September 2025.
The officer found €5,103 in wages and €3,000 in electronic tips had not been paid. The salon did not attend the hearing or provide a defence, and the officer relied on Moreira’s uncontested evidence. She also found the company had failed to provide a written statement of employment terms.
