WRC finds Yasmine El-Hamamy’s late wages complaint against Academic Bridge not well founded

The Workplace Relations Commission found Yasmine El-Hamamy’s complaint against Academic Bridge Ltd about late salary payments not well founded in a decision dated 16 January 2026. El-Hamamy said her January and February 2025 salaries were paid late; the company acknowledged both were late. The adjudication officer said the Payment of Wages Act did not provide for a complaint about wages that were ultimately paid late.
