The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Ian Mintern’s complaint against Standardaero Sac Components over a bonus payment he said was due in April 2025. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes issued the decision dated 22 September 2025. Standardaero argued the payment fell outside the statutory claim period. Mintern confirmed it was not due during the six months before he lodged his complaint or before his employment ended by resignation. The WRC found no contravention within the relevant period and ruled the complaint not well founded.
