The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed two complaints by Tomasz Kowalski alleging he had not received annual leave pay when his employment ended. Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle issued the decision dated 22 September 2025. Kowalski did not attend the hearing despite written notice. Bidvest Noonan attended and said any money owing had been paid. The WRC found both complaints not well founded and dismissed them.
