A Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) adjudication officer found Best Guard Security Services unlawfully withheld wages from Victor Eze and directed it to pay him €2,175. The decision was dated 25 September 2025. Eze said he had worked four weeks in June 2024, 42 hours a week at €12.95 an hour, without receiving payment. The company did not attend the hearing; the officer found it had been notified at its registered office. The officer upheld Eze’s complaint under the Payment of Wages Act.
