A WRC adjudication officer found Gift Alex Aghafekokhian’s complaints against Icts (Ireland) Limited not well founded. She said her pay should have risen with the Security Industry ERO minimum rate increase from €12.90 to €14.50 an hour in July 2024. The officer found her basic rate exceeded the applicable minimum and no contractual right to a matching increase was established. She also claimed entitlement to 20 days of annual leave; the officer found the leave legislation had been correctly applied.
