The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Banner Pharmacy Limited T/A Littlepace Pharmacy to pay former sales assistant Agija Korosevska €6,916 compensation after finding it failed to notify her of a permanent vacancy. Adjudication officer Eileen Campbell dated the decision 17 December 2025.
Korosevska alleged pregnancy related discrimination, less favourable conditions than permanent staff, and inadequate access to vacancies and training. The WRC rejected the discrimination and less favourable conditions complaints, and the training element, but found the pharmacy denied her the same opportunity as other employees to seek a permanent position.
