The Workplace Relations Commission directed Jms International Holding Limited trading as Shanahan's on the Green to pay Angelo Lamberti €5,280 compensation, less lawful deductions, after finding his unpaid wages complaint well-founded. Adjudication Officer Christina Ryan dated the decision 9 May 2025. Lamberti said his final week’s wages, 10 days’ holiday pay and six weeks’ notice pay were unpaid. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The adjudicator accepted Lamberti’s evidence and found the sums were properly payable wages that had been unlawfully deducted.
